Pre-purchase questions

They are carried out with Express Courier 24h.
For the islands and disadvantaged areas, delivery times vary from 2 to 3 working days.
The agreed courier is GLS. After taking charge of the shipment, you will receive a text message and/or email from the courier indicating the CUSTOMER'S PACKAGE ID (tracking) and delivery time slot.
From January 2022 our delivery service is even more flexible and personalized with FlexDeliveryService. Thanks to the possibility to choose between six different options, you will live a personalized delivery experience based on your needs. How does it work ? You will be constantly updated on the progress of the shipment. Through a link sent by e-mail you can access a management area, both before and after the first failed delivery attempt, where you can choose:
- New delivery date
- Choice of pick-up point
- New shipping address,
- safe place of delivery,
- Authorize collection by a neighbor
- Refuse the delivery.
The service is completely free and you just need to enter your email and phone number during the purchase.
ABSENT RECIPIENT
If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, GLS Corriere Espresso will get in touch with our staff to notify them of the stock in their warehouses.
Our customer service will get in touch with the courier giving the necessary arrangements to make a second delivery or to collect the goods on site.

In the event of a "detectable on delivery" lack of conformity, the civil code applies, the consumer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement or to a reduction in the purchase price or the termination of the contract.
Before placing an order, it is advisable to carefully evaluate the choice of size, possibly by contacting our customer assistance: info@staminafitness.it available for advice and clarifications.
However, in the event of a wrong purchase, within 14 days of delivery, it will be possible to exchange the goods, specifying the details via email. We will arrange, through our courier, to collect the previously purchased item directly from you, delivering the replacement item at the same time. The customer will only have to repack the product and deliver it to the courier as if he were to make a normal shipment. The GOODS EXCHANGE service has a cost of 9.00 Euros payable in cash to the courier.
N.B. : The product to be returned must be intact, free of alterations and contained in its original packaging (where present).
PROCEDURE SUMMARY:

2. Wait for the authorization to exchange goods from our customer service
3. Repack the item as for a normal shipment
4. Upon arrival of the courier, the goods will be exchanged following the payment of 9.00 Euros
RETURNS
The right of withdrawal can be made within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
After taking charge of the shipment, your order will be delivered within 24 working hours; 48 hours if you live in Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria and smaller towns. As soon as the order is entrusted to the courier, you will receive an e-mail with the details and instructions for tracking the delivery. Delivery times are between 9am and 6.30pm and a signature will be required. Make sure there is always someone at the address provided to collect the package. If you are not present when the courier passes, a note will be left with the details for arranging a new delivery. We work hard to meet the expected delivery times, but during the busiest periods such as the seasonal sales or the Christmas period, the times may vary slightly due to the overload of the couriers. Please take this into consideration when buying!
If you wish to change the size or color of the item you have purchased, you can take advantage of a very convenient service: we send the courier to collect the item you wish to return and, at the same time, we have the same item delivered in the size or different color. This service costs €9 and you will have to pay it in cash to the courier. If you decide to make a change, first write us an email at info@staminafitness.it and we will explain exactly the procedure to follow and we will choose the day for collection together.
You can return any item you purchased on our site to us, as long as it is in its original condition: unworn and with tags attached. You have 14 working days from the delivery date. Prepare the package, inserting the items to be returned inside and indicate this as the destination address:

Make sure that the shipment is traceable: we will not be held responsible if the package is lost or damaged. As soon as we receive the package, we will check it and issue the refund within 5 working days. The refund will obviously be made if the product is still new and resalable.
